TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Some resorts don’t allow external companies onto their property to decorate. Every reservation is different and they treat every client & type of room differently. It is your responsibility to reach out to guest services or concierge to confirm.
  • Client is responsible for obtaining any permits, access passes, room cards, or wristbands for entire staff.
  • Bookings within the week of the event will be charged an additional expedite fee of 10%.
  • If we cannot enter the room within 20 minutes, the balloons will be left with the front desk and you will receive pick-up instructions.
  • If the remaining payment isn’t made by the date before the event, it may cause a delay in your balloon delivery or cancellation.
  • Latex balloons have an approximate float time of 8 hours.
  • Mylar balloons have an approximate float time of 1 week.
  • Many variables can affect the float time of your balloon decor including weather, rain, wind, and extreme heat.
  • Once we leave the hotel/resort, we are no longer liable and cannot return to make any changes.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations prior to 60 days before the event date will result in a full refund.
  • Cancellations prior to 30 days before the event date will result in a 50% refund of deposit.
  • Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable and cannot be used as credit for future events.
